Shipping policy

Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items purchased, your shipping address, and method of shipping.  We are currently fulfilling orders for all in stock items every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings with the exception of holidays.

Ruck Rack does not guarantee the estimated delivery timelines provided by USPS, UPS, or FedEx at checkout.

Customer is responsible for submitting the correct shipping address. Ruck Rack does not make any changes to addresses submitted at checkout unless requested by the customer. If an order has already shipped, any additional shipping charges due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses will be the responsibility of the customer.
